Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING, FREIGHT DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY

We currently only accept orders for shipment to US destinations. 

If you are located outside the USA and/or wish to purchase an item for shipment outside the US, please use the form located HERE and we will determine if we can honor your request and, if so, provide you with a quote to cover shipping to your destination.

Once payment has been received or cleared, we ship your order via standard USPS mail or UPS service.  Your order will be carefully packaged and the fragile nature of your shipment will be clearly marked to alert handlers.   Despite our efforts, it is possible your shipment may be damaged or destroyed in transit.  

PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT your order when delivered.  If you detect any evidence of damage, BE SURE TO HAVE DELIVERY PERSON note discrepancies in writing before taking delivery.  If there is no visible external damage, please open the package upon taking possession and check to be sure contents are in good order. 

If there is visible or concealed damage to your merchandise, your sole recourse is to file a claim for your loss with the carrier.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPESATING YOU UNLESS CARRIER DETERMINES AN ERROR ON OUR PART.   YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH CARRIER TO BE RECOMPENSED FOR DAMAGED GOODS.

We do not accept returns without written authorization.  Should you have an issue with your order other than damage, please contact us by email using this LINK.
